To determine if a fan's performance meets standards, the measured data must be compared with the design values, and an evaluation based on the operating status must be conducted: First, verify the core parameters. The measured values ​​of airflow and air pressure under rated operating conditions should deviate from the nameplate values ​​by ≤±5%. The motor power should not exceed the rated power and should match the shaft power. A Class 1 energy-efficient motor should have an efficiency ≥90%. Second, check stability. Vibration speed should be ≤4.5mm/s, with no abnormal noise, and no obvious leakage at the seals. Finally, verify the adaptability to operating conditions. High-temperature/high-pressure fans must operate stably under rated conditions without performance degradation, and the adjustment device should be linearly controllable without jamming.
