Fans have many uses in the chemical industry, such as transporting chemical raw materials, reaction gases, aeration and stirring, sewage treatment, ventilation and exhaust, dust removal, etc. There are also tail gas fans with high dust content and high corrosiveness for the phosphoric acid plant and compound fertilizer plant in the chemical fertilizer industry.
Available fan types in the chemical industry

(1) Exhaust fan

The conveying medium is chlorhydrinated exhaust gas with high concentration of organic matter. It adopts large air volume, high pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan, coupling transmission, and 316 stainless steel material.

(2) Induced fan

The conveying medium is the flue gas after alkali washing and water washing. It adopts large air volume, high pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan and is made of resin.

(3) Anti-hair dryer

The anti-air blower used in conjunction with the anti-air blowing bag adopts a high-pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan, which has strong sealing and corrosion resistance. 

(4) Titanium alloy fan

The conveying medium is chloroalcoholization exhaust gas, exhaust gas from car loading, trichlorethylene filling exhaust gas, etc. Titanium alloy is used, and the impeller material is highly corrosive.
