Description
A forced-draft (FD) fan is a type of pressurized fan that gives off positive pressure within a system.  
suitable for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings. 
It can be used to input gas as well as to output gas. 
The gas delivered by Forced draft fan should be no more than 80 °C air and other gases that are not self-igniting and are not harmful to the human body and are not corrosive to steel materials.  No viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150 mg/m3. 
It has large flow and low noise, more use in building ventilation, ventilation and drying of materials, air purification and industrial waste gas treatment, industrial dust collectors, air purification and discharge in hazardous working environments(Paper production line, electrolytic aluminum production line, textile factory...).  Blasting of boilers and brick kilns, transport of various gases, transport of granules/powders/debris/fiber materials, etc.

Features
1.The fan can output higher gas pressure, and can provide more gas flow at the same time, low noise.
2. In the case of using the common base, the installation is very simple and basically does not require the support of professional technicians.
3. The motor shaft is elastically connected with the drive shaft. It is not necessary to tighten the belt or replace the belt frequently, and the maintenance workload is small.
4. The fan system running at normal temperature with an impeller diameter of less than 1400 mm does not require additional configuration of bearing cooling device, which reduces the user's investment and maintenance workload.
5. When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.
6.The fan is made of high quality carbon steel, and can also use stainless steel or other metal materials according to customer requirements.
7. Running test and vibration value detection after the production is completed, the fan operation is reliable.
