Glass factory fan
Fans for float glass line are mainly divided into process fans (normal temperature) and annealing kiln fans (high temperature). The process fans are divided into suction slot fans, emblem adjustment fans, L suspension bridge fans, single and double tie fans, and combustion-supporting fans. Process fans for rolled glass lines are pool wall fans, cooling fans and grate coolers. The annealing kiln fan is the same as the float line, but the fan is smaller. [SIMO BLOWER ] It can produce fans for glass production lines, and also provide fans for glass kiln flue gas waste heat recovery power generation, desulfurization fans, and out-of-stock fans.

Description
 The glass melting operation uses a wide variety of SIMO BLOWER combustion air and cooling furnace fans.  The molten glass is directed to float or sheet glass forming areas which require exhaust and energy recovery systems.  Fiberglass operations direct the molten glass to form sections where large fans pull the glass fibers down onto conveyors.  From this point, the fiberglass is treated with resin and binders and bake in large ovens with recirculation fans.  Dust control, trim systems and odor control all use heavy duty and abrasion-resistant fans.
