Effect of induced draft fan in ceramic kiln

 With the development of urbanization and the rise of the real estate industry, ceramic products are favored, and kilns are the core equipment for firing ceramic products. The main process conditions in ceramic firing are temperature, atmosphere and pressure.
 
The kiln induced draft fan mainly adjusts the air temperature in the furnace cavity by adjusting the exhaust air volume. When the temperature in the kiln is too high, increase the exhaust speed of the induced draft fan of the kiln to discharge the gas with an excessively high temperature in the kiln, thereby reducing the excessively high air temperature in the furnace cavity; when the temperature in the kiln is low , the speed of the induced draft fan of the kiln decreases, reducing the discharge of gas in the furnace cavity, thereby ensuring the recovery of the gas temperature in the kiln. It is in such repeated operation that the temperature and gas volume in the furnace cavity are maintained, the temperature in the furnace is kept within a certain range, and a suitable temperature environment is provided for the firing of porcelain.
 
The air volume can be adjusted by frequency converter or damper. The frequency converter adjusts the air volume, mainly to adjust the motor frequency. The change of the air volume will lead to a larger wind pressure fluctuation curve, but the energy saving efficiency is remarkable. Adjust the damper to adjust the air volume, the wind pressure change curve is relatively smooth, and the adjustment range of the air volume will be larger.
