1. Impeller:
12 pieces of backward aerofoil blades are welded between the Arc cone front plate and the flat shaped rear plate. Because of the use of airfoil blades, the fan is guaranteed to have high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so the operation is stable. Forced draught fan and induced draught fan of the same machine number have same impeller structure.
2. Casing:
The casing is a volute welded by ordinary steel plates.
The casing of a single suction fan is made in three different forms: The No. 8 to 12 casing is made into an integral structure and cannot be disassembled; The No. 14 to 16 casing is made into a two open structure; The No. 18~29.5 casing is made into a three open structure.
The induced draft fan and the volute plate are appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
3. Inlet:
The converging and streamlined air inlet is made into a unitary structure and bolted to the inlet side of the fan.
4. Adjustment door:
A device for regulating the flow of the fan, axially mounted in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0° (full open) to 90°(fully closed).
5. Transmission parts:
The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and the 5-51 series of fans are all made of roller bearings.
The bearing housing is available in two forms: No. 8 ~ 16 uses a whole cylindrical bearing housing; No18 ~ 29.5 uses two independent pillow bearing boxes.
The bearing housing is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator (only the induced draft fan). The lubricating oil uses 46# mechanical oil, and the oil quantity is implemented according to the oil level mark. When the No8-16 integral cylindrical bearing housing uses dry oil, the oil retaining plate should be added to the ball side of the bearing housing, and the fixing grooves communicate with each other. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device, so a water supply pipe must be installed. Water consumption varies with temperature, and is generally considered to be 0.5 to 1 m3/h.
