A client of Hanrui Nickel Industry in Indonesia previously used carbon steel fans that would corrode and develop holes within six months; replacing two or three units annually resulted in significant losses due to production downtime.

We supplied 24 custom-engineered fans featuring 316L stainless steel impellers with corrosion-resistant coatings, along with bearing seals redesigned to withstand the site's high-temperature, high-humidity environment. Since installation, the fans have operated reliably with no further corrosion issues.

Featuring 316L stainless steel and corrosion-resistant coatings, these fans are suitable for various smelting applications, including nickel, copper, gold, and lead-zinc processing.
